One of the first things we have decided to do at Inventify is to set up a proper organizational and process structure.

Why all the hassle, you might ask – in a company with only a few people?

It’s simple – we’ve personally seen enough companies struggle because they didn’t do this tedious but important homework early on, and they are now paying the price for it with messy processes, unclear responsibilities, conflicts within teams and similar issues.

This is a sneak preview of a (pretty large piece of) work in progress on how we have set things up technically and how this actually looks like in practice.
